SWSD are promoting this site for residential development of up to 140 dwellings with associated infrastructure on the edge of Penzance as part of the neighbourhood development and local plan processes.
Having undertaken all the associated technical work, an outline planning application was submitted and has now been approved by Cornwall Council Planning Committee. We are now exploring further development on the remainder of the land.
