The East Devon settlement of Feniton enjoys a rail connection on the line between London Waterloo and Exeter. Following promotion work undertaken by SWSD the main part of the site is now proposed in the emerging local plan as an allocation to help deliver much needed housing in the area.
Outline planning application has been approved by planning committee on part of the site for 60 houses; prep work now been undertaken to prepare an application for a further 40 units.
