Working in conjunction with the landowners, SWSD successfully obtained an outline planning consent for 30 dwellings.
The site has now been sold to Pearce Fine Homes and they will be commencing development in the near future once the Reserved Matters planning application is finalised. SWSD are now working on the next phase of development and will shortly be making another outline planning application.
