Working in conjunction with the landowners, SWSD have been undertaking the technical work required for an outline planning application.
We have recently secured both Class Q and Class R consents on existing buildings on the site, and have recently completed a Pre-Ap process with the local authority.
An outline application will be submitted in the near future.
